Someone said that today is the official end of tsuyu (rainy season) in Tokyo. If that is true, is the change is really noticeable? What's coming next - sunny days? ;)

With the hot summer coming, there is nothing much to see other than for the fireworks. But one thing I haven't seen so far is a large sunflower field.

Cosplay (Costume Play) is popular in several areas in Tokyo. For me. I enjoyed seeing different costumes during my first year in Tokyo, but after that the fun faded away.
From late July to mid September is the fireworks season for Japan. Have you been to a fireworks festival? Which one is your favourite?
