Panasonic to Sell Semiconductor Unit to Taiwan’s Nuvoton Technology

TOKYO—Panasonic Corp. agreed to sell its semiconductor unit to Taiwan-based Nuvoton Technology Corp., marking a departure from the 60-year-old business.
