Japan to use home-delivery drones within 3 years

TOKYO -- In a bid to nurture new businesses, the government plans to allow the use of drones for home delivery services within three years, The Yomiuri Shimbun has learned. According to sources, the government also plans to develop a legal system and infrastructure by 2017 to put self-driving cars into practical use.
