Tokyo restaurant offers all-you-can-drink alcohol for less than $1

Volks, a chain of casual eateries specializing in steaks and other meat dishes, is currently running an all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverage promotion for the extremely reasonable price of just 100 yen-- about $0.88.

For someone with common sense, this is not really a good experience. To drink a beer for 100 yen one has to hope that the ordered drink is delivers quickly, and then finish it quickly because the time limit from order to finish is 10 minutes. Not exactly the way I want to have any drink.
