Anything titled Glue Scissors deserves attention, so we had to tell you about the exhibition by Japanese artist, record producer and DJ, Towa Tei.
Showcasing his collage works for the first time in five years, the presentation also marked the 25th anniversary of his music career.
While living and studying graphic design in the United States, Towa Tei joined house act Deee-Lite and enjoyed almost instant success after the debut of his global hit single Groove Is In the Heart in 1990.
Returning to Japan after seven years, he continued making music through a series of collaborations with international musicians, also working with artists such as KAWS, Barry Mcgee and Tomoo Gokita, who designed some of his album covers.
Towa Tei started making collages in the wake of the 2011 Fukushima earthquake.
