"Cool Biz" is a campaign that encourages dressing down and setting the office air-conditioning to 28 degrees Celsius (which is not that bad once humidity is gone). Office workers in Japan are doing without their jackets and ties now that the annual "Cool Biz" energy-saving campaign is underway.
