The “Beauty and the Beast” themed cafes has got to be something worth seeing! I knew they had seasonal or "one time" cafes that come and go but I would have never thought to see a beauty and the beast one. The Snoopy Cha-ya is hilariously delightful and I recommend that anyone who visits goes there. I had a Snoopy rice shaped meal that was amazing!
