If you are a salaryman, your employer and the tax office will have the forms pre-filed, and you can take a few minutes to add tax return details to the form if you have any. The only complaint that I have about this form is that it uses a very small font size. You know when you have to get glasses, just by reading the tax form :-p. If you have multiple sources of income and all of them are large, the job gets a bit more tedious. You have to update the pre-filled forms as the article says. But that's that.
