Any Japanese volunteer groups that organise interesting activities?

Let's create a good list of volunteer group that to interesting things.

My favourite is the Happy Star project, run by a very small groups. They volunteer to dress up like Santa Claus, and deliver Xmas presents to small kids, on request of their parents. The presents are arranged by the parents, we just have to play Santa with the kid.The tips received from the parents are used to build schools in countries like Bangladesh and Benin. I was one of the 104 Santa's who took part in the first year of this event (2008). It's still going strong.

Another good one is Toy Hospital. The volunteers go to places in their city and help with repairing toys. I am planning to be a member of this one.
