What is your favourite place to see the summer fireworks?

From late July to mid September is the fireworks season for Japan. Have you been to a fireworks festival? Which one is your favourite?

Sumidagawa Festival in Asakusa is big, and you can also visit the temples etc. before the show starts. there are huge crowds, but seemingly better than at the Odaiba fireworks festival.

We display fireworks here and there in my place. I saw the firework of Nagaoka once. It was so beautiful.

I've seen a video of Nagaoka fireworks. Beautiful! Great location, too.
