Workaholic Japan is known for long office hours and stressed-out employees, but one company claims to have a cure: cats.

A total of nine fluffy felines eat, sleep and walk freely in the small office of IT firm Ferray in Tokyo.

This is a good one for a Dentsu joke: Q: "Why is it not a good idea to have cats at DENSO offices?" A: "Because the managers will assign work to cats, make them stay over time and also send them memos asking not to tell anybody about it!"
