Wow, I am surprised to know that they are setting up a factory here in France. At the same time I am not surprised, Japanese restaurants are very popular. Certain products like Nori and sticky rise can now be bought in most all large supermarkets. But I doubt that bonito will find it's way to the mainstream household, I rather think it will be used in Japanese restaurants.
