I got bit excited and decided to add extra chashu topping making the bowl look like meat sunflower. Underneath it all, a set of noodles that are specially ordered from Menya Teigaku, which has been busy delivering noodles to popular ramen shops since 1931. These specific noodles are made thin and hard so it doesn’t blend too much with the dense chicken-based soup.
