The KITKAT Mini Yuzu-shu Bijofu represents the third collaboration between Nestle and Nakata, the pair having previously enjoyed success with 2017’s "KITKAT Mini Japanese Sake Masuizumi" and last year’s "KITKAT Mini Umeshu Tsuru-Ume," which drew flavors from Japanese liquors produced in Toyama and Wakayama prefectures respectively.
We wanted to highlight the connection between the plum and the production area, Wakayama Prefecture," Nakata told reporters during a tour of the yuzu liquor production sites in Kochi Prefecture in late July.
And Kochi Prefecture would appear to be a good place to start.

KITKAT Mini Yuzu-shu Bijofu goes on sale nationwide from September 5.
