Tokyo is world-famous for its urban density, so it's no surprise that the legendarily packed city subways would capture photographer Michael Wolf's imagination. Wolf's work largely concentrates on how people move within metropolises, whether he's trolling the Internet for Google street views or gazing through the windows of city dwellers....

I think the one photo missing in this collection is "pushing the passenger in so that the door can be closed". Rare, but can be seen occasionally.

It is indeed a brave project and I commend Michael Wolf for doing it. Sometimes, we're so caught up in our obligations and tasks that we don't care about other people just like us... unfortunately the subway situation has happened to me and it was quite uncomfortable.
