Japanese Designers and Tea Houses

The enigmatic Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka recently announced that he would be participating in Glasstress 2011. Running in parallel with the 54th Venice Biennale, the event invites globally acclaimed designers and architects to express their ideas through the medium of glass. Yoshioka will be presenting Kou-An (??), a transparent tea house made from glass1 .
