I have passed this place many times, and just though that it was modern architecture :o). It never came to my mind that they could be capsule apartments.

it is modern architecture that also happens to be capsule apartments :) But this is a strange building, and I don't mean capsule concept, I just see a conflict between tiny spaces inside and the building that could definitely use the space more efficiently.
