How familiar products can turn strange in Japan

This is not really a question, I would like to propose that we share strange mixtures and unexpected combinations that we can only find in Japan. I'd like to start with sake flavored KitKat and watermelon flavored Fanta :)

There is a huge list when it comes to this topic. My favourite is "toilet seats that play sound to hide your bowel movement".

Smartphone stands are quite useful at times. But still, it is outrageous to have one designed for using them in bed! image description

This seems to be a serious product, because they are advertising it inside bullet trains. That can't be cheap.

I agree, this is absolutely crazy! It even falls outside of category "familiar products with unusual flavor" - it is a completely different product that has little to do with traditional phone stand.
