What are the coolest humanoid robots that are made in Japan?

Orihime seems to get a lot of publicity recently. image description There are a few shopping mall robots that carry displays and talk to people. Asimov has been there for a while, improving all the time. Have you seen any other new robots?

I don't know ecactly, but it seems anywhat that Japan is way ahead other countries in building humadoid robots.

This is probably not the most advanced modl in the world, but when I think of Japanese humanoid robots, this is what comes to mind - Japanese tv personality and comedian(?) Matsuko and his(her?) robot representation.
