I have never been outside of Japan so I have visited Tokyo, Gunma, Ishikawa, Fukushima, Yamagata, Kagoshima, Miyagi. I visited foxes village in Miyagi.

Japanesemina, it would be interesting to hear a little bit more in detail about your trips. What interesting things have you seen? What did you like and what can you recommend others? What didn't you like?

Tokyo---I visited Sinjuku. I remember I ate crape there and went to a Chinese restaurant in Yokohama but the restaurant was crowded and I went to the Ueno zoo. Gunma---I visited Gunma safari park. I played with some small monkeys and rode on a horse. Ishikawa---I visited Noto. I ate a lot of delicious dishes ( tenpura, sashimi, crab...etc ) in a hotel and took a hot spring. Fukushima---I ate a ra-men at Kitakata. It was nice. Went to a Tohoku safari park. Yamagata---I bought cherry and Imoni and beef. Kagoshima---I visited grandmother of relative by a car. her house is in a mountain. I saw cows there. Miyagi--- I visited foxes village. I was afraid of the foxes.

I've been to many places in the main island, and made a few trips to Kyushu and Hokkaido. My favourite is Nara, a small city from where it is very easy to get to all types of places. Osaka is a big city that can be reached in an hour. Kyoto is just 30 minutes away. The beautiful mountains in Yoshiko are an hour away. And the Nara park, with its deer, is a great place to relax.
