This is a false alarm, I did not feel anything. Japanese weather bureau does not show one either.

So, the real question is "how did this get recorded?". There are more than a thousand sensors around Japan collecting seismic activity. Either this app collects noise from them, or the screen is faked.

Reminds me of the time of the 2011 earthquake. I used to walk around and tweet about shops that have supplies, etc.,because there were too many rumours and people were worried.

The screen is probably not fake. I have seen it in a tweet of someone I know and in a tweet from Nippon.com (didn't notice anything on their website though)
