Halloween Events 2016?

I don't know any events per se at this point, but this is worth a quick look:

The train car near Hachiko Exit, Shibuya station has been decorated for Halloween by Sanrio.

There are loads of cute characters inside, make sure that you go inside and see them.

I heard that they are going to make the famous Shibuya crossing car free for Halloween. Not sure if it is true though.
