Now, as Japan moves to accommodate Emperor Akihito’s desire to give up the throne before he dies, many Japanese believe it is also time to clear the way for a woman to reign again someday.

I like that more and more places are allowing women to take leadership roles. Not all women can handle that but the ones how can, they do an amazing job at it from what I have seen! I look forward to seeing it happen some day in the future.
