That is quite the price but I guess when it comes to education, you can't really put a price on it! I don't really ever see options like this in the US. If it is any wonder why Japan is superior to many other countries when it comes to intelligence, this is a good example of why! They actually invest A LOT into teaching children at younger ages, where it makes a difference.
