Tenshi (Angel) College
Institute of Techologists (Making Things University)
Cyber University
Poole (Japanese identical to Pool as in Swimming Pool) Gakuin
Digital Hollywood University
Gunma Paz University (Gunma is a prefecture, but Paz is the Portuguese for Peace)

The research doesn't talk about the origins of those names, but I am sure there are some interesting stories behind some of them :)
