Realistic Glass Insects Sculpted to Scale by Yuki Tsunoda www.spoon-tamago.com

Think twice before you swat that mosquito. It just might be a delicate glass sculpture, at least if you’re in the presence of Yuki Tsunoda, a young sculptor who shapes glass into insects and plants that are almost exactly to scale.

That is realistic enough to make me jump out of my skin! I always thought glass work/lamp art was amazingly beautiful but the amount of effort it must take and not to mention time, I would not have the patience for it! I would also likely burn my fingers off.. haha

I don't know about that... I can tell the difference. I mean I see the beauty and art work but in the bulb (butt) of the bug, you can clearly tell that it is glass. I think having it be more deeper in color would have made it more realistic.
