It's pretty unfair to pay because:
1. The age-old legislation says that anybody who owns TV receiving equipment should sign a contract with NHK (that implies paying)
2. But nowadays, the same equipment can be used to watch other channels
3. Supposing we don't want to watch NHK but want to wathc other channels, it is unfair by us. If they want to collect money, why don't they sell different equipment to view their stuff?
