Seafood consumption alone is better for most people than eating nothing but burgers and bacon which is a common thing in the US. I think the key factor here is moving more. You really don't have an option. You either walk, take a bike, or have to wait around for a taxi. Even taking public transportation forces you to move more. It is actually quite refreshing "needing" to move haha
