I am a junior programmer and I wonder how realistic would it be for me to find a job at a Japanese company in Tokyo or elsewhere? I'd like to mention that I don't really speak Japanese.

I have seen many tourists, particularly fro East Asia, buy huge watches like this one:
But I am not sure if I see as many locals wearing big watches. What is trending among the young locals?
